Well, as of course me being so young, and never went through this experience in my life before Buying a home, my own personal home I had no idea what I had to do, where to go, or anything to do with buying a home, and what goes into buying a home. I was really nervous as I hadn't done this before EVER! So, I decided to come out of my comfort zone, and made the call as I was really into the mobile that Perry was trying to sell. Didn't know where to go from start to finish. The next day I got a call from Perry asking me if I was interested in the mobile that he was selling for these people.
I said definitely, and we went and looked at the trailer. I was really impressed how well maintained the house was kept, and kept in shape, and the work that was recently done. And took it. He made special trips to where I was living at the time just for me to fill out paperwork. He made extra calls for me. He did alot of things beyond his job description and I really appreciate it Perry. Because of Perry and all of his patience, and great sense of humor I am now a first home owner of my wonderful home that I move in to tomorrow :) I'm so excited!
Perry had alot of patience for me, when I had about 100s of questions that I wanted to get answered and he answered them the best way he can. He was really nice and helped me get the insurance that I needed for my mobile, and faxed things back and forth and saved me a trip from having to actually go back and forth to the place. Perry has a good sense of humor, and would recommend him for selling of a place thats for sure! At first Perry was a stranger that I didnt know very well, and now to me its grown that he's a wonderful friend. Thank-You for everything Perry I really apperiate it, and everything you did for me.
